Actually, it's blatantly obvious that shareholders have been led around by the nose, with many letting greed get in the way of common sense and cheering on those responsible as they fight against regulators doing what regulators do.
Most of the posters here know nothing about either the management of financial markets or the law; all they know is that their big payday has gone byebyes and they are (naturally enough) unhappy. It is way past time to smell the roses, however.

we SHs would luv the regulators to prosecute any companies that's wrong doing! But why are we still not going to court and put the dog out off its misery? Why delay things?
