It's been the best part of 3 years.
That's 3 years, 3 looooong years waiting for something to be found guilty of.
Hasn't happened. And not only has it not happened, there still to this day no justifiable reason for the suspension.
If there was a justifiable reason, it would be out there and proven.
There is in fact a much stronger argument against those that would (regulate and govern) much prefer to see a successful upstart and potential rival be suspended, put through hell and assumed not to survive 3 years of being in the wilderness.
Well that's failed, the business remains viable and profitable.
And so the above mentioned engage in this vile practice of trying to hold the head of SP1 underwater that it might drown in the interim.
That's failing as well and we will have our day.
