i think we will be waiting longer for that proof then a court resolution. they could just get a screen shot off a friend, so it would prove nothing really ... until they sell.
just like other 'holders' banging the drum - lots of buyers but they don't actually want to sell - why? do they actually hold or they believe the positive and are trying to buy more shares for a discount? maybe trying to get public support for a 'broken system'?
where is the media reporting of this - you know how media used to be, balanced. Have all journalists lost their spine? i believe as mentioned by Rudd - some media empires have too much power Murdock was named.
one of the same MO as others : - seems to support then switch path for no reason - ask the same old 'information gathering' questions ad nauseam - saying they want to sell but don't when the offers come rolling in - plan old trolls - baiting - trying to bully posters - having multiple accounts - creating new accounts - blocking statistics
