This mediation has been requested by Fortescue, possibly because they know they have no justifiable case to put forward at the upcoming trial in August, possibly because they want to avoid the expense and bad publicity of a trial.
Does this mean that BCK will at last get rail access, with details to be decided by the Mediator?
