Initially after an appeal win the price will spike, to what maybe 100% or so, then it will retrace back down to maybe where we are now or just slightly above, the real money is when this thing starts to cash in on that asset, at the moment with ni very bearish(people have been writing and saying ni will go up for twelve months) and Avq having no money, they IMHO will have to dilute share holdings again and that will have a big bearing on the sp, I don't think anyone will come begging to join Avq anytime soon with the market for ni the way it is also they would have to give away 20% to kb, all in all if I was still in this I would be out on the spike after win and look at r entering nearer actual production, RM says he will be Mining this year, if that's the case a lot of questions will be answered shortly, atm though I am gladly looking from the side lines and also waiting for this appeal...
