appeal was scheduled to be heard yesterday- I wonder how they went? My imput from an informed source is that the fingernail test is too expensive to implement and the skin is not likely to be easy to do. Decision may take some weeks to arrive at due to 3 judges having to hear the argumnets. Stock price seems to be reflecting a positive mood.
