agreed tuart. Security of costs is pretty much a requirement of most cases and would have been expected in this case. The amount that has been asked for is much less than some MMX holders beleived. They thought in the range of 5 to 10 million would be needed as security. You dont bring a company out of liquidation to the courts to then not have the money to fight the case.
