The Court has made no decision as to the merits of the case ...the court has received motions from the respondents (MMX etc) requesting that the applicant (CHM) provides security for costs that they (respondents) will incur in defending the case......ie if CHM lose the respondents are assured that their costs are covered......
I assume that CHM will need to now make an ann.to the market as to how it proposes to provide the security etc etc
