You have to be the one kidding yourself. Do you really think the driving forces behid CHM would gone to all this trouble to resurrect out of liquidaion to pursue this and not have a number of ways to fund this.
They have to much riding on this not to see it through and as the old saying goes there are many ways to skin a cat.
The only fight MMX and co have managed to put up so far is fighting for security of costs. Now that these parameters have been set and the magnitude does not seem that high it will be interesting to hear about their "forensic accounting work" which I assume is their defence.
