Court Order

This looks like an intellectual property / confidentiality / trade secrets case:

THE COURT ORDERS THAT:

1. Upon giving an undertaking to the Court in the terms of the attachment marked 'A', Mr Grant Whiteley of KordaMentha, Perth office, be permitted to uplift the computers delivered up to the Court by the First and Second Respondents pursuant to the orders made on 20 November 2015 (Computers) for the purpose of complying with the orders below.

2. Mr Whiteley make two copies of the contents of the Computers and:
a. provide one copy to the solicitors for the First and Second Respondents; and
b. retain the other copy on behalf of the solicitors for the Applicants, to be released upon further order of the Court or pursuant to order 4 below,
within 3 business days of their being uplifted.

3. Within 10 business days of being provided with a copy of the contents of the Computers pursuant to order 2 above, the solicitors for the First and Second Respondents notify the Applicants’ solicitors of any claim for privilege or other orders sought in respect of the contents of the Computers.

4. If no claim is made pursuant to order 3 above, upon receiving written confirmation from the solicitors for the Applicants, Mr Whiteley release the copy of the contents of the Computers he holds on behalf of the solicitors for the Applicants to those solicitors.
