Atrum is the plaintiff here. Management and the board would certainly love to inform the market of all the facts however the defendants are making this very difficult. You do realize that it would be illegal for the board to provide full disclosure at this point, given the existing non disclosure motions that have not been finalized?

Regardless of all this, I'm not sure what is is you are concerned about? The legal disputes really have no bearing on Groundhog, the BSP or any funding discussions, they are related to alleged illegal activities that RM and GD committed after and during their time as board members and managers at Atrum, so who cares? It's a side show, what you should be concentrating on is the BSP and funding of the groundhog north project. Nothing else matters.
