CHM will have to find about $700k in the next 3 months to survive,that only includes court security,court costs and costs to run the company.There is still the outstanding amount for the previous law firm. The third and fifth defendant can also apply to the court for additional security. They are up for $112,500 on the 17th of FEB.They had $99,000 cash at the end of December. It is going to take some smooooth talking to get anybody to throw in money to CHM in this environment,they have nothing except this court case and even if they win what payment schedule would they get and how much. CHM have caused MMx shareholders a lot of pain and money I hope we see justice. Tooli
