Apart from the issues relative to the dispute with FAR/CAP/Trace the big issue for me is that DJ is dead. The relationship with CAP/Trace and FAR is untenibke. Either CAP/Trace retain the lease or it's taken away from them and given to someone else with FAR perhaps retaining their interest.
I can't help but believe both parties would hope this would go away and hope that the split could be disguised as something else.
Just wondering whether CAP may be funded in this dispute by big oilers who have other disputes with FAR. Oh my, what is really happening behind the scenes?
