I just want to make this one point; if everything gets sorted out (and I don't believe that there is anything to be sorted out), do we really want to do business with any of these people ????
My take is that FAR now has the Seismic and waiting for something to progress and that probably means the TRACE/CAP losing their lease and because FAR has the Seismic, will be a contender. My gut feeling, stay well away from these people. If they want the Seismic from FAR, pay for it. Else, do your own.
