Another point I want to make is the authenticity of the pdf image.

Can I also draw your attention to one thing about the pdf image. If you expand the image right up and look at the stamp on the top left hand side, it looks like the top of "Re" is partially covered by a physically pasted on object and you can even see a faint square outline of the object.

If that was indeed a stamp. that would not be the case. and the "Re" would be clear and sharp.

I use the Windows Magnifying Tool by pressing the windows symbol on the key board and + which brings up the magnifying glass. At 300%, it's clear as a bell. Try it!
