FAR have the option on the lease regardless of whoever eventually ends up with it but your right if these guys can't come up with $15 mil they are screwed and would probably struggle to meet commitments even if they could , they would be going around CAP in hand ..
I doubt FAR want the lease outright otherwise I assume they have to cough up the $15 mil bond, they will will just work with whoever ends up with it or else drop it and concentrate on A2-5...
