This is great news!!
That was the only short term risk or issue most investors had and now it has gone.
In my opinion I guess we wont hear much until next year then it will drag on another six to nine months going back and forth then the judge will take another three for his/her decision.
Im guessing Jan/Feb 2015 for a decision.
For punters this is great news
In the meantime they can get on building their plants announcing the deals and showcasing the technology.
