    Could be. More likely view is that it became an issue when on-sold. They were aware of the lack of cleansing notice but were advised that they wouldnt be on-sold within 12 months and didnt think this would be an issue.

    Nonetheless, no loose ends anymore as it relates to a previous comp. secretary.
