That's it - done and dusted - "The applicant must make a request of the ASX, forthwith, for the quotation of the class of securities "IOU" to be reinstated. We'll be trading tomorrow. As to all the garbage being posted on other threads, it really does get annoying. Will probably take a break again and just do my own thing. Too many idiots spouting crap at the moment.

All of this came about becasue a cleansing notice was not issued at the time the shares were issued. When the error was picked up, the secretary went to the CEO to ask what they should do. The CEO went to the person who had received the shares and got assurances from the person that they would not be selling any shares for a minimun of 12 months - this is all in the affidavit presented to the court today. If that had of happened, there would have been no breach of the corporations act and no need to issue the cleansing statement. The person in question though, did sell shares within 12 months and so now we have this. There was no material hurt to any shareholder, so the matter is closed. It is an absolute storm in a teacup, so can we just move on and please, all idiots move onto another stock to harass.
