If their is even a hint that MMX could loose this case in the current market they should try and settle as at the end of the day they will keep the asset and they will make a fortune from it anyway. MMX is no doubt a great business with a great future, could become more dominant than FMG but it is the past doings of the company and its previous directors that is in question here.

CHM share price is not reflecting the possible outcomes of the case due to only preliminary court proceedings taking place till now and the fact that until the real facts are avialable in the court room it is hard for small and even large investors to make an informed decision on CHM and its potential.

People constantly mention the fact that the share price is reflecting the fact that people dont believe that CHM will have the funding to continue this case to the very end but you have to understand that this company came back on the boards to firstly resolve this legal issue and then get on with business. They would not have re listed if they thought they would not have the funds to fight the case to the end as a lot of money was put into the business to get it back up and running in the first place. There would be no benefit for anyone if they got the case to court and then didnt proceed after all the effort for the sake of running out of money. They will get the money if it is in the way of a share issue or a private investor who has faith in the case and believes in a positive outcome.

At the end of the day the courts will resolve this matter and it is in the best interests of MMX to sought it out as soon as possible so that they can get on with the growth of their business with certainty.
