and do you know why chm had to pay the costs???? Probably no justification for issuing the subpoenas and was a fishing expedition. But not sure about this.
Oh yes that reminds me. The chm quarterly report announced on 30 april detailed no expected legal costs for the next 3 months. Oh oh day 1 and that report is already proved to be wrong by $7200.
Interesting 1 day in court has cost chm 7200 for mmx's barrister and solicitor. And its going to be a looooooong hard fought case with possible appeals. Will cost heaps.
Then they also have to pay their own legal costs to their own lawyers for the work that got them nowhere.
Who gave the legal advice to proceed on the subpoenas to chm? Surely not AH. Oh well AH still gets paid - win or lose.
But when the money runs out no lawyer will touch them.
Next step is the security for costs application. Now that will be interesting. CHM why don't you consent to the security for costs and save a bit on your legals? I guess we all know the answer to that question.
