From memory, now that the SOC is no longer on blackdogsbarking, CHM applied for more than thiry subpoenas to be issued and as I understand they were all granted.
William Hitch, Karl Wolzak, Michael Ruane, Tyson Resources Pty Ltd and Zeedam Enterprises Pty Ltd are the lease vendors for the Weld Range and Jack Hill tenements. I expect they would be required to detail what reciepted transactions constituted payment for those leases. Both William Hitch and Zeedam Enterprises Pty Ltd would need to specify on what basis they accepted and deposited CHM cheques for more than $150K!
While the sp doesn't reflect it the case seems to be progressing well.
