I must admit I think you and your posts are the more lucid coming from the MMX camp....I would think their would be an expectation for CHM to re-imburse any reasonable costs incurred by those subpoenaed in providing information that may support the CHM case ...the court order also states that all parties ie CHM and the 5 parties subpoenaed wear their own expenses for the hearing to determine costs....
The $7200 ..as I read it does not relate to MMX ..merely re-imburses the costs incurred by the 5 parties..
Can you clarify your comments regarding the estimated legal fees in the coming quarter .... I note $51K for exploration / evaluation which one assumes would relate to CHM's existing tenements...... did I miss something ...
