If you scroll down to section 14 paragraph 130, and read what follows, you will see the judge's list of contraventions of the Act.
I don't know the detailed legal implications of that list, but if I had judgements like that made against me then I would fear a knock on my front door from ASIC, and make arrangements for my family to visit me in gaol - though with coronavirus around perhaps I could have no visitors.
Of course I might choose to leave the country, but that would not be possible for some time ahead!
