There are a few take home messages from the last Judgement by Justice O'Bryan on September 20th. This is obviously a bit old, but I only found them yesterday after some digging.
It makes for difficult reading.. Parts of it are very clear in how the directors have handled themselves to this point, but does not paint a promising picture for general shareholders. IMO..
