Just a thought. This court case was about Wharf and EP389.
Allied Oil & Gas, another company controlled by the same mob that control Wharf was deemed to withdraw from EP416, EP426 and EP432.

Does this mean another drawn out court case or does this decision take all deemed withdrawls into the judgement?
