Not much to report from todays hearing.
A lot of discussion on the time it will take to gather evidence and the need to have it heard before August.
Learnt that Hampton have no money and need to raise money urgently.What I did learn is that Wilstead is a director of Hampton who does a lot of work for TKG. Talk about keeping it in the family and paying each other a wage off you and I.

Not impress with the skills of the very young lawyer representing TKG.MNC very well represented.

RH was not present.He would be better off speaking on behalf of TKG.

NEXT HEARING DATE WILL BE 6TH MAY AND TO BE HEARD BY THE SAME JUDGE AS TODAY. THERE IS ALSO THE 13TH MAY. DID NOT UNDERSTAND THAT PART OF PROCEEDINGS.

There are seven share holders in Hampton Three are Chilean.RH, Wilstead Howe and Wing.From what I could understand the majority are on MNC side. ie chileans,Howe.
