The claim is for a total of $1.19M plus interest plus costs. There has been a settlement with one party. I would assume that the settlement has been with the party owing the least so the remaining amount would be more than three quarters of this amount. From a simple reading of the court papers, it appears to me that a judgement in favour of IVX is a forgone conclusion. People who attended, tell me that the cross-examination of Jones and Yeates was brutal and they were destroyed. They will be lucky to stay out of jail. collecting the money is another story.
