abobo, Actually there is a difference between an official report from a Court - being a judgment from the Bench of judges - and a report from a courtroom - being an opinion article penned by a journalist sitting in the visitor's gallery.
I originally failed to make the distinction, although it did not matter in the context.
The Appeal Determination has still to be made. If Chemeq wins it has the right to sue the other for damages. I don't know if the bondholders can sue Chemeq if they win, since they initiated the action and were anticipating legal costs; Chemeq were not anticipating legal expenses.
