I think it’s a bit of an overreaction. Companies go through legal proceedings all the time. Look at HWK as an example. It’s in the middle of some and it went up 20 percent the past 2 days.
ours is minor compared to other companies issues, it’s over 200k. Which is nothing for an exploration company who raise millions for each quarters work.
As for taking up managements time that is hardly true, they will still be focusing on core company work and exploration. They will just outsource the legal part and get updates from the legal team when necessary and make decisions based on the updates. Probably a few hours of deliberations and meetings each week. Nothing crazy here. Overreaction imo.
