I've become confused as regards the next court dates and process - am hoping someone can clarify.
For example, I understand that the application for a stay of the TOL (e.g an injunction) until a judicial revew is conducted has been adjourned to the 10th October.
However, has a court date for the judicial review itself been set? If so, when? Or have the applicants even been granted the right to a judicial review (leave granted) or is the next hearing just to see if they'll be granted leave - with the JR hearing to be set down for sometime later.
I'm guessing these actions are also being heard in the high court. Is there an AU equivalent higher court in Malaysia (similar to our court of appeal)?
Been a holder for a few years and continuing to hold tight...
