Guys I can clear up one contested fact here.
I emailed Lynas after the last hearing and asked if the TOL was still frozen. Quote:
'The interim order has the effect of suspending any new action under the TOL and this will continue until the hearing on 10 October 2012."
They also stated that this further delay would not affect their timetable.
