The fact that the judiciary had the 'authority' to suspend the TOL has not been an issue in previous court cases because the TOL had not, at the time, been issued. Whilst I'm long, it is an additional worry that now, after all of the stress waiting for it to be finally issued....now we appear to have another gauntlet of potential delays. It's definitely more 'grist for the mill' when deciding whether to remain ST or LT. I liken this TOL process to peeling away many layers to an onion so far. I'm as yet unsure that building the LAMP here in Australia would have been any easier given the stupid Greens response to SMSL ! 'Nuff said !
