I could be wrong, however there is no need to set a court date for the JR until it has been decided by the court that a JR is required.
The next court date of 10th Oct will hear as to if Lynas should be allowed as an interested party to the case to take part, and if the request from SLSM to have suspension (for lack of a better word) on the TOL be upheld until the decision on the need for a JR is made.
I don't expect the court to decide on if to grant the request for a JR this week... the only interesting thing I read was from SLSM where they said that the judge seemed to want to get this moving quickly...
I don't think Lynas can give much info until they are actually allowed to be considered a party to this case... SLSM have not included them in their action which means Lynas has to elbow it's way in.
