I don't think like you that Lynas is not supposed to give this information. They are an interested party in these hearings whether they want it or not. And this information is material, price sensitive information that should be disclosed to investors the same as their previous announcement on the results of the hearing at Oct. 4. BTW in their announcement they did not mention that the TOL is still freezed ....
