SMSL are trying to put the TOL on ice until they get a Judicial Review of the Ministers decision to dismiss the appeal against the AELB's issuance of the licence.
No wonder you are confused!
If the judge does not uphold the application for an injunction on Wednesday the TOL comes off ice.
They will likely still go ahead with their application for Judicial Review against the ministers decision to dismiss their appeal, but that could be some time off.
The main issue here as I see it is on Wednesday if there is not sufficient evidence to convince the judge to hold the TOL up while this process goes on, he will very likely let us get on with business as usual come Thursday.
