No surprise in the announcement and funny how the ruling occurred after the end date....IMO this is corruption at its worst..it just gives the impression to outsiders that staff in the courts are allegedly being paid off....

Why would GS spend millions of dollars in a russian court to take legal action and or sue MMK or the minority shareholder...look at how the courts were manipulated in this case, imagine how many years it would take to have the case finalised...by then the IO would have already been dug out of the ground and made into steel..
