Big surprise here. The russian court system is now fully proven to be a farce, as if we needed more evidence.

Victor Rashnikov is proven to be not only a mouse amongst men, but an idiot as well.

Just to avoid a 2.5 mil break fee, he has apparently played this stupid charade which is so evidently manufactured, all he has done is damage further the reputation of his country even further. I'm sure if he was allergic to paying the break fee, he could have asked his mate Vlad for the spare change to save everyone the waste of time.
