SMSL by name and defintion is a protest group. Hence, a judge might give them a lttle more leeway in what they say than an "established" newspaper such as Free Malaysia. However, as Lynas intends to continue to pursue the suit with more evidence SMSL will have to be careful about the rhetoric they use going forward.
In any event, what SMSL says does not represent the views of the Malaysian government.
