    I called Maria at investor relations at ADY HQ around lunchtime on Tuesday (Yesterday).

    She stated that the court ruling was made at 4.30pm on Monday, and was positive for ADY.

    I pressed for a time frame for an announcement on this from the company, but she declined to give an answer.

    So thats where we sit.
