The legal people are twisted in their "religion" of precedence ie. if a judge makes a wrong decision and gets away with it it becomes a precedence so that other jidges arre forced to make the wrong decision.

Nope....
As I understand it...a judge siting in a lower court MUST follow the ruling of a higher court...assuming all the facts of the case are equal...However, judges of equal rank...usually do follow a precedence, but have the option of not doing so...if they believe there is merit in doing so.
