I dont think noteholders will get much from the settlement, as IMF only gets 7.5m from the settlement.
It is the IMF and the liquidator who benefited the most compared to the creditors.
But I think noteholders will at least get more than 1 cent per note. LOL......
People have to wonder why Australian regulators do not even sniff at the biggest collapse of bussiness in Australian.
Just my thoughts.
