    The article said 2cents in the dollar. I think it is still a good outcome for noteholders considering only 1 cent is offered per note by the company in 2009.

    Yeah.

    It would be unreasonable if $5m is paid for the $550,000 contribution fund.

    Anyway, We have to wait for the liquidator's letter.
