I dont consider complying with AASB requirements that require work to be reported as revenue rather than cash recieved from billing work to form any sort of CA Basis. That is the rule for legal firms.
100000 shares at 68cents wont come along too often, in some days you would push the price north of 80 cents to get that many. I would buy if I had the money.
