MB has rambled on and made very few points today. Nothing that I could ascertain was about the contract formation. More about the character of MD and some potentially dodgy practices, ie speaking to a friend who was a major shareholder about the lithium on KDR's land prior to any announcement to the market about the potential.

Questioned whether MD had spoken to any other companies prior to JT. In his evidence, he said he had, when examined, he said he couldn't actually recall the dates.
