Court summary - can someone provide, page-127

I think the basics are no contract has been signed and all that posturing will mean nothing at the end.
Both parties have good lawyers and eventually the true will not be able to turned around because of that.
MZN has no case but could have had one if they could have had a signed head of agreements signed and all.
We all know this and in the meantime MZN tries hard but to no avail.
Both parties has a lot to loose but reason will prevail and MZN will have to let go.
The judge will see to this.
Hopefully this will not drag on and MZN will realise that it will only mean that dragging this out till the end will mean their dimise as a company and possibly for its directors being without a job.
