Un1qu3Nam3, when you got some time tomorrow morning, can you elaborate a bit more on this? Why MZN lawyer Bennet doesn't want to proceed with cross-examining KDR people? Did he state so? and why?

If he does not want to cross examine KDR people, then I consider the case is over, much earlier than we thought, to the delight of all KDR holders.
