I think the announcement will come in the form of an ASX release? Justice Martin was excellent and if I had to lose, I would want it to be by him because then I'd be sure it was fair. He wasn't pompous or overbearing. He was jovial, quick minded, serious when required and did a great job speeding the case along.
But, wow, he has a LOT of reading to do. I think 8 full lever arch files with another 4-6 reference binders? It's longer than War and Peace and his decision affects $100's of Millions. If it was me, it would take a month. So give him 3 days, haha.
