So given that the options closed at $0.43, if you were to convert them to heads, the heads would cost you $0.58, which is cheaper then what they are currently valued at $0.595. So the 'discount' is $0.015

At the current heads pricing of $0.595, I would suspect the options to be at $0.45-0.50.

Keep in mind though, converting options takes a few days - weeks, so it's not instantioualy. So if you buy now at $0.43, in hope of converting and then selling for a $0.015 profit - don't be so sure.
