Why?. Because they have reported the glowing performance of the barrister who must inevitably persuade the judge of the diminished merit in the plaintiff's suit?
From my reading of the news coverage and my experience of the courts it's a 50:50 chance .
We await the penetrative wisdom of the court and no the barrister's histrionics does not justify the $30million jump in the KDR market capitalisation.
